So, we set off to Coventry (England) on the morning of the show with the car packed full of our stand’s contents, such as samples, brochures, banners, etc.
We head off up the M1 in good time, 30 miles from Coventry disaster strikes and the car breaks down, ‘Nooooo’ cries Neil the Marketing Manager, whilst poor Annie, the UK Trade Account Manager, witnesses a grown man close to tears. The AA are called, tow the ’sorry’ car to Northampton and the team struggle on to the next train to Coventry, carrying half the stand on their backs. Miraculously, we made it to the show only an hour late – sorry to those of you that popped by our stand within that ‘down’ time.
Anyway, once at the show all was fantastic, the show was busier than ever and spirits were high. We were absolutely inundated with compliments on service and quality from existing clients – we really appreciated your comments.
It was also great to see that even though the UK’s media are constantly imposing a glum impression on the economy many of the people we spoke to were quite enthusiastic about times ahead. Remember, here at USB-FlashDrive.co.uk, we want to help you win more business with better pricing, service and choice of USB products – so please – if you aren’t already using our services then we ask you to try us as of NOW!!! We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone that visited our stand and we look forward to helping you win more business.
By the way, after picking up his car from the mechanics
(all the way back in Northampton) and £250 down, Marketing Manager Neil got a flat tyre on day 2 of the show.
